Darlene Shropshire is a Detroit native. Some might call her quirky, and she loves it. Darlene attended the Detroit School of arts where she majored in radio and television. She didn’t feel a pull to leave her city so she decided to attend the University of Detroit Mercy where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Digital Media Studies.
Whether it is liturgical dance, writing, singing or designing, she strives to bring life into any project that is presented to her. She continues to make a statement with her unique style of dress, her art, and her creative outlook on life.
